1. Services Provided

Wandering ESL offers online tutoring services focused on improving clients' English language skills. Services are strictly limited to English instruction and do not include tutoring in other subjects such as math, science, additional languages, or vocational skills.

 

2. Communication Tools

Tutoring sessions are typically conducted via Zoom. Alternative platforms may be used if agreed upon in advance by both Wandering ESL and the client. Wandering ESL reserves the right to refuse the use of any communication tool proposed by the client for any reason.

 

3. Client Eligibility

Wandering ESL services are intended for adult learners only. Services for children or minors are not offered at this time. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful information during registration and communication.

 

4. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully in all communications, including email and video sessions. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated. Wandering ESL reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual who violates this code of conduct.

 

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All services must be paid in advance. If a client needs to reschedule, they must notify Wandering ESL via email before the scheduled session start time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of payment. Wandering ESL reserves the right to retain payment if proper notice is not given.

 

Pricing is subject to change at any time. All prices are set at the discretion of Wandering ESL and reflect the value of the services provided.

 

6. Technical Issues

In the event of technical difficulties (e.g., website downtime or platform issues), Wandering ESL will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. Rescheduling or refunding may be offered at the discretion of Wandering ESL, provided it aligns with these Terms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided "as is." While Wandering ESL strives to support each client’s learning goals, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes such as language fluency or exam scores. Clients are solely responsible for their progress and achievements.

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

Wandering ESL reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person, at its sole discretion, for any reason.

 

9. Modifications to Terms

Wandering ESL may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America, specifically the state of California.
